Membership fee is based on organizational budget:
Budget < $60,000 = $150 | Budget $60,000 ‐ $100,000 = $250 | Budget $100,001 ‐ $500,000 = $350 | Budget $500,000 ‐ $1,000,000 = $450 | Budget > $1,000,000 = $550.00
